


Two Hour Breathing Optimisation Workshop
From 8am - 10am on Sunday 12th October, Emma will be running a live online Breathing Optimisation Workshop with yoga nidra. The class will cover a broad range of breathing exercises and will end with deeply relaxing yoga nidra (yogic sleep).
This workshop is suited for all levels and is designed to improve breathing and relaxation.
If you are looking to improve sports performance, or are searching for natural ways to manage stress, anxiety, or cope with lung-related disease or conditions, this class has a broad range of exercises proven to help.

As with all of Emma’s online classes, if you are unable to attend the live session you can still pay for the session and we will send you access to a recording directly afterwards, which will be available for 30 days.
