The Breathing Optimisation Workshops are suitable for all levels. If you are unable to make a session, you can still book your place and receive a recording to use at a time more convenient to you).

Her two hour workshops run from 8am - 10am on a Sunday, cover a broad range of breathing exercises and will end with deeply relaxing yoga nidra (yogic sleep).
